The trio was arraigned before magistrate Mrs Jackie Munyonga, who remanded them to August 6 on US$20 bail each.
Prosecutor Mr Bruce Tokwe told the court that sometime in April this year, Dzivakwe and Wafawanaka connived to borrow money from the School Development Association levy coffers without the consent of the SDA and approached the bursar, demanding US$873 and US$500 respectively.
They were allegedly given the money and promised to repay at a later date, but never did so.
It is further alleged that on April 7, the SDA received complaints from teachers that they had not been given their monthly incentives. This prompted the SDA to go through their financial records since they were not informed that the two had borrowed money.
